Where is Hotel Terraza del Pacífico?
We are on Playa Hermosa, on the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, a few kilometres south of Jacó and about 90 minutes from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO).
Is the hotel on the ocean?
Yes. The hotel faces the ocean, with direct beach access from the property. The rooms look onto the pool and the gardens, and the sand is a few steps away.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 1:00 p.m. Reception is open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Is it a good hotel for families?
Yes. There is a children’s pool, wide gardens and the Terraza Kids Club, with art classes for the little ones.
Is there a restaurant and a bar at the hotel?
Yes. Vivace Beachfront serves Italian and Mediterranean cuisine by the sea, open from 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The bakery is open every day until 10:00 p.m. and the beach bars carry the afternoon by the water.
What does a stay include?
WiFi, air conditioning, direct beach access and both pools. Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and the oceanfront yoga classes run Thursdays at 10:00 a.m., Saturdays at 4:00 p.m., Sundays at 11:00 a.m.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Two: an outdoor pool with LED lighting and a children’s pool, open from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We welcome one dog per room (up to 10 kg / 22 lb) for a charge of US$20 per pet, per day. Service animals are always welcome at no charge.
